2001 Honda Accord emissions problems with OBD2 codes?

Have a 2001 Honda Accord, 4-cylinder version with 275k miles. Trying to pass emissions, and I'm getting these OBD-2 codes:

P0113, P1519, P700, and P780.

Suggestions on how to fix these would be great.

You can find those codes here and any possible fixes.

  • OBD1 cylinder head on OBD2 block? So I have a 97 Honda Accord with the F22b2 motor, it is obd2. Can I swap out my head for the F22b6 head from a 95 Odyssey that is obd1, and not have to worry about any rewiring or cutting or creating electricial problems down the road. Is it just plug and play or do minor modifications need to be made to get it to perform properly?

  • Codes P0302, P0304, P0300, and P1399 (misfires) on a 2000 Honda Accord 4 cylinders? I checked the spark plugs and cylinders 2 and 4 seems to be not tight enough. This may be the cause. But does a blown head gasket also causes these errors? I read somewhere that codes P030x on adjacent cylinders usually indicator a blown head gasket. In this case the two cylinders are not adjacent. I cleared the codes after tightening the two spark plugs and drove the car around the block and no error code so far. But this worries me a bit if the problem is more serious.
