2004 honda accord brakes?
Hey so I need to replace my rotars and brake pads in my honda and was told to use oem (manufacturer made) from honda. I saw a couple of places to find them but not sure if they're legit or what ones I exactly need. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome! Step by step directions if possible.
You don't need to use OEM parts. The aftermarket parts work just as good, can also come with a lifetime warranty, and at a much lower price.
As with most things, you usually get what you pay for. The brakes are the most important thing on your car. Rotors & pads for all 4 wheels can cost as little as $100, or as much as $950, plus the labor. OEM parts are designed for your car. There's nothing wrong with them except they can be a bit pricey. If you go to the dealer for parts, ask for a discount.

- 1982 honda nighthawk 450 front brakes sticking? I drive it regularly to school but I went on a three day weekend and this morning everything went fine on the commute but then later in the day the front brake stuck but when i wanted to go home it worked. What is my possible problems, so I can find out how to fix it on youtube? Is it unwise to keep riding as long as the brakes are not currently sticking? This has only happened this once and I have ridden it a couple thousand miles sense i bought it this spring.
- How much would a full set of new brakes and tires cost on a 2006 Honda accord? My accord although reliable I don't think will do well another winter with the same brakes and tires that have been on it for years now. So What would you estimate the price would be for 4 tires and full set of brakes all new?
