While i'm driving its hard to accelerate and sometimes if i accelerate tpo fast and hard the rpms go 6000-8000. Also the car while crusing willrarandomly have the cars rpms go fast causing my car to slow down or even drive 30mph at 5000 rpms
It is NOT the transmission. Could it be a speed sensor? I will give best answer

No speed sensor here. Random misfire on all cylinders is the main one.
P1381 Cylinder Position Sensor Intermittent Interruption. That's a major one. Off to the mechanic with you.
P1381 is the cylinder position sensor is bad or shorted which may cause a lot of the issues.
P0301-P0304 are misfires in each of the cylinders. This may also be a huge issue for you change the plugs and ignition packs.
P1457 is an evap leak probably a bad gas cap
P0400 is a random misfire and is related to the other misfires.
All this may stem from a bad ignition cap and rotor.except for the gas cap. I would start with the simple one and replace the rotor in the distributer. Its a five minute job that cost about 20 bucks. If that doesn't do it you may be looking at a ignition control module. You can get All this done by getting a new ignition coil pack they are about 120 bucks but covers the rotor, cap, and ignition module
