Best oil 4 91 honda accord 4cylinder 5 speed with 315000 miles on it?
I'd use oe 5/30 conventional oil. High mileage type. Not synthetic. Only because this has a fair amount of miles on it and prolly has some blowby as most high mileage engines will.
unless! Of course, if it's had synthetic all it's life. Then i'd get the synthetic high mileage oil and keep using 5/30.
- Honda owners: is there a difference in top speed between 4 speed and 5 speed element? My car is an 03 auto awd ex. I'm just curious, what top speed before drag effect comes into Affect? Can it achieve over 100 mph? I've heard that it can do 1-10 but I'm not sure whether that's for the 5 speed or the automatic bc the extra gear makes a difference in my opinion.
- Freeway driving more difficult to drive speed limit than to speed? Driving on freeway slower its more difficult than driving faster is it because the car is lighter or higher rpms give you more control or what i drive a fwd stock Honda thanks it's a lot easier to drive at 80 than 60
- Oil Change: Honda Motor Oil Vs Generic oil, does it make a difference? I have been getting oil changes with Honda motor oil for 15 years on my 2002 civic that now has 132K miles. If I switch to a generic $10 oil change garage shop will it still be ok? I know the Honda filters are better then the cheapest generic ones but how about the actual motor oil?
- Can you put a 7 speed manual transmission in a car that comes stock with a 4 or 5 speed manual transmission? I'm just curious to know if this is possible or if anyone has tried it. I wany to know what is possible to get the most out of a car. I'm probably going to be getting an acura(no hondas) and doing the necessary upgrades, turbo and all that. If anyone has any experience let me know
