Can I return my 2 days finance car?

So I traded in my Camry and bought a honda accord! I don't like it at all what should I do? It's only been 2 days can i still return it and get my car I traded in back?

Well we can't even see what country you have done this in so can't comment on the specific laws involved except to say that in most countries of the world that is insufficient reason for return and that the dealer could have easily sold your old vehicle on by now.
You may well have a right to cancel the finance but it would have to be replaced by different finance or cash settlement.

If you bought the Accord brand new from the Honda dealer then it's VERY unlikely they would accept the car back, because it's now a USED car worth about 15% less than the brand new cars they still have for sale. If the Accord was bought as a used car they may have some change-your-mind plan, but that would be entirely at their discretion (being nice, not a legal requirement).

Either way, it's going to cost you a lot of money to change your mind on what you should have thought about much more carefully, a car being likely the second most expensive thing you will buy in your lifetime (a house being number 1). Best to learn to like the Accord, which is a very good car.

Nope unfortunately your stuck. Unless the dealer offers return if you don't like it policy then no way out of it. I wanted to return mine too but only way out is to trade or pay off. And the minimum time before you can trade reasonably is a year. You could trade a lot sooner if you have a hefty down payment though.

No. Not even after 2 minutes.

How can you not like an Accord? You liked it enough to buy with financing… You will get over your camry hangover. The accord will grow on you, soon you two will be best friends.

… Take it back to dealership? Get your old car back? Are you from India or Pakistan?

  • Is it ok to lease one care return it then go to another dealership to lease another car? My lease on my Honda Civic is over in one year. I want to lease a Chevy Cruze next. Does this happen often?
  • I want a new car but i have a finance car? I own a 2006 Lexus is250, and recently test drove a Honda Civic Si. I personally am looking for a manual car. So therefore i got bored of the lexus. Now the problem is that i still owe money on the lexus. The honda i test drove is less then what i owe on the lexus. What happens to the balance on the lexus. Do they add it to the new balance or do they offer to pay the rest off? Would this also hurt my credit score?
