Can installing a new relay go wrong?
95 Honda Accord ex coupe stopped turning on recently, I decided to replace the relay, now it won't even crank and makes a slow humming sound. The new relay makes slow clicking sounds and the radio doesn't work now. I don't know what to do. Could it be the relay?
Added (1). Here is my video of what I'm talking about.
See a mechanic before you run out your savings swapping parts.
When my old Accord stopped dead it was actually the cradle that held the main power relay that had failed. Cracked plastic / burnt out contacts etc. Result was the same as a dead relay, but the relay was fine, it was the socket holding it that went bad.
Just something to check anyway.
Hi it's not the relay but something else like a 20 years old car that is where the problem
lies what do you expect from a 20 years old car is the real issue here. Designed to last
8 years yes it was not meant to last 20 years.

- Should I use a silicone sealant and/or blue loctite when installing a stator on a motorcycle? The stator recently went out on my 2003 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 and I'm currently waiting on the replacement stator to arrive. It's come to attention that some people use blue loctite when bolting in the stator into the case, then a silicone sealant around the case when re-bolting it to the bike. Is this necessary/recommended and what kind of sealant should I use for the case if I need some?

- Will installing LED lights on my NEW 2015 Honda Civic void the warranty? Ok so, about 2 weeks ago I picked up a BRAND NEW '15 Civic from my local dealer, and some bulbs on my car are LED others are not. I was wondering that if I switched all my lights to LED if that would void the warranty/extended warranty? Being that the lights are "aftermarket". And also, can I use regular LED bulbs or do they have to be "CANBUS Compatible?" LED bulbs
