Can you bypass a starter on a 1990 Honda Accord manual transmission?

By this you mean, start the car without using the starter?
Answer is YES, the maneuver is called POP start, or Push Start.

You turn on the key, step on the clutch, put in 1st gear, then have the car pushed, or make it roll downhill, when the car is rolling (about 5+mph), quickly release the clutch and step on the gas pedal, but quickly step on the clutch again as soon as the engine fires up.

Is that the only way? Because some people can bypass the starter by, using a screwdriver and touch a certain part on the starter then the car turns on. Is that possible with the honda?
