When I had genuine Honda fog lights put in my then-new 2012 Civic at the dealership I bought it from, the parts kit was $410, the switch was about $20, and installation was $60. It will be different for your Accord. Did you ever think to, ya know, ASK THE DEALERSHIP, genius?

Get quotes from different shops, since there's not standard charge for that. Shops charge different rates.
It may also depend on the type of Fog lights and how you want them mounted. If they are factory Fog lights, your car may already have a mounting place for it, so it should be easy, but most Fob lights are really easy to install, read the installation and wiring instruction, if its easy enough for you then just do it yourself.
