Humming/Buzzing sound in 2011 Honda Accord EX-L V6?
Yesterday I was driving from Santa Fe to Denver and noticed a humming or buzzing sound. You can hear it after 35 mph from the drivers side but can be heard from the passenger side. No warning lights showed up and the car seems to drive fine. Any idea what it is?
Oh, geez. You're getting a vibration sound and you want us, sitting at our computers, hundreds and thousands of miles away, to say what it is? Oh, just joking.
I used to live in ABQ, and I've driven the SF to Denver before. Very nice drive.
Normally, you shouldn't get a vibration causing a buzzing sound in a car that's only few years old. My dad's 95 Buick, now THAT can have a buzzing sound, and it's a bother to find where it's coming from. Because when I'm driving, it sounds like it's on the far right, but someone in passenger seat says it's coming from the center near the radio. So terrible to try and locate these things.
Does it sound like it's coming from inside or outside the car. Might be a tire making extra highway noise. Perhaps bad wear.
Tires can make lots of noise on highways, depending upon the condition of the road, what the top is like. Small section of 4--lane near my home, suddenly, tire noise jumps up double, for about 100 yds, then quits. Just different road condition.
if it's inside, then you've got a near impossible job to find it. Especially if it happens when going above 35 mph, because you can't really locate it while idling, so it's more dangerous to drive and try banging on dashboard, or pushing and pulling on car parts to see if you can find what is loose. Especially if its something under the dash. I don't envy you the job.
- 4 stroke 50cc scooter makes loud buzzing noise at 55 KPH and won't go over 60KPH? I have a fairly new 4 stroke 50cc Honda scooter. I recently put in a new CDI hoping to increase performance. It helped a little bit, but when I go over 55 KPH I start to hear a high pitched buzzing sound and the bike won't go past 60. Even on a flat surface. I'm not sure what the problem is. Does my bike have some kind of limiter? Is it the pulley or muffler? Or is 60 kph the fastest my bike will go?

I can't find the Honda CBR 125 2011 fairings anywhere and it doesn't look nice anymore with alot of holes and cracks but I have a shop near me that is selling for the CBR 250 2011 fairings and both bikes look exactly the same but I don't want to waste alot of money if it doesn't fot
- I drive a 2013 Honda civic is making humming/winding noise? Noise occurs upon acceleration and deceleration. The pitch coincided with the speed of the car. Not necessarily the throttle. Car seems to shift just fine. Slight vibration in the pedals. No jumping or sputtering. It does however seem to come from the front of the car. Any thoughts?
