It is worth what ever someone is willing to pay for it. Since you didn't put year or version (ie LX, GL) I suggest that you go to KBB.com and put the info in there and they will tell you what its worth. Older Hondas are pretty bullet-proof. At 170k though you better have money saved for things like Alternator, starter, radiator fan(s) sensors. Those are the first things to go wrong on them
It's 800 because there's something major wrong with it and the seller needs to dump it. Get it for 500, drive it for the week that it'll go, the sell it for scrap.
