Is a Honda accord w 170,000 mi on it worth $800? - 1

$800, probably you should PASS on it.

People buy dishwashers for more money. If it runs for 3 months, then it's worth it.

Yes, if it's in good shape. Hondas, Toyotas, & Suburus are good for about 300,000 mi.

It is worth what ever someone is willing to pay for it. Since you didn't put year or version (ie LX, GL) I suggest that you go to KBB.com and put the info in there and they will tell you what its worth. Older Hondas are pretty bullet-proof. At 170k though you better have money saved for things like Alternator, starter, radiator fan(s) sensors. Those are the first things to go wrong on them

It's 800 because there's something major wrong with it and the seller needs to dump it. Get it for 500, drive it for the week that it'll go, the sell it for scrap.

  • Would you purchase a 2004 Honda pilot for $6,000.000 that has 216,000 miles on it? I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
  • Is $800 a lot for a power steering flush? I went to my local mechanic, said it could use a flush due to my car being really hard to steer at times, and told me it would be $800 for a complete flush for my '03 Honda Pilot. Should I look somewhere else?
  • Should I buy a 08 Honda CBR 125 for 800$? I'm thinking this is a really good price for the bike I'm just worried I'm going to look funny on it because I'm 6'3 180 pounds. Also I feel like people make fun of guys on low cc bikes but I have never ridin a bike before and want to get into it cheap and upgrade to a bigger bike when I'm comfortable with it
  • Is a $20,000 Honda S2000 07 worth buying? This man I know is selling his Honda s2000 year 2007 for 20 grand. Is it worth buying? Everything's in good condition
