You failed to actually ASK A QUESTION there, pal. Be more specific and someone might be able to help you.
That usually happens when one end of the cable housing has slipped through the ferrule that holds it in place. If you can get the carpet near the release lever aside enough to get your finger under the cable, you can probably pull the cable enough to release the hood latch.
- Check engine light, open door light, and batterie light all came on and won't go off? 2000 Honda Odyssey I already had the altinator replaced it a month old. The batterie almost a year old. Would the belt need be changed or something else?

I've tried the manual latch attached to gas latch inside vehicle, I've tried the trunk button on keys. called honda and they said they'd charge me $700 (yes $700) to "break the locks" and open the trunk. isn't there another cheaper option? One locksmith told me they couldn't do anything. Haven't tried bodyshop yet though.
