Luxury cars with easy maintenance?
I"ll be getting my license soon and I will be getting a car right away. My dad has a Honda accord, and it's nice but he also wants a luxury car. We agreed that he will pay for part of my first car which will be a nice car but he can use it whenever he wants. So that being said what is a good luxury car that's under 50,000 unless the used version is around 50,000. The biggest issue isn't the money but the mpg and the maintenance. We like the Range Rover sport but I heard it's not easy maintenance and I know mph isn't great. The Mercedes c-class or something like that was also good but i believe it's expensive to maintain. Any ideas on cars and please don't say your first car shouldn't be a luxury cause most of the time I'll be driving the Honda accord.
Look at the 2011 Lincoln Town Car. It takes the same parts as the Crown Victoria. It's a very solid and reliable car. You can get one anywhere from $11,000-$20,000.
BMW 3 Series
BMW 5 Series
Lexus IS
Infiniti Q50
Audi A6
Majority of luxury cars are high maintenance. The only low maintenance luxury cars I can think off are the Acura, Lexus and Infiniti cars as they are similar to their low maintenance Honda, Toyota, and Nissan cousins. Still high maintenance when compared to Honda, Toyota, and Nissan as some use different components and premium gas, but lower than American or European brands
No such thing. As they get older, they are not meant to be cheap or easy to maintain.
They are luxury for people who don't keep cars for 6 years.
Luxury cars are expensive to maintain no matter what you buy. The reality is that least expensive luxury vehicle to maintain will be an new upscale car from a mainstream manufacturer with a great factory warranty.
The Hyundai Genesis, Hyundai Equus, Kia Cadenza and Kia K900 would be my answer. Whether you would consider these real luxury cars because of the brand name is debatable. On paper, these are luxury vehicles.
Of course you also need to worry about depreciation, cost of insurance, mpg, etc. There's more to owning a car than just the money it takes to fix them.

Look man, never had trouble with any of our cars, they are definatly not hard to maintain. It's just the cost of a service or something that's hits you! But it doesn't mean you have to get it serviced at the dealer, smaller garages and stuff also service them! You just have to find the right one. You'll find some pretty good Rangeys around that price, same with the e or c class 2008 c classes are around $28000 if you look around. Also I dunno what type of car you want but you could get a new a class? They are sporty, cool and obviously luxurious.
Toyota Avalon or Lexus are more dependable Than a Lincoln made in Mexico. Crown Victoria isn't made any more neither are the discontinued terrible engines in Crown Victoria's
All i can say is do not get the sport unless you care to make plenty of trips to the shop to get it 'repaired' and the gas, don't get me started on that… I made those mistakes when i bought a 2010 range rover sport last year, no lie i still drive it, but its not a daily driver because unless you care to go to the gas station every other day and fill the tank, then go ahead! I'm sure you know gas aint so cheap nowadays!
As a former auto appraiser and current driving instructor; I would say, anything made in Germany has extremely high maintenance costs, usually has a lot of electrical problems plus most require premium gas, anything American has lower maintenance costs in comparison, more of the run of the mill mechanical problems; anything from Asia is from Asia, and I wouldn't trust it…
Korean automobile market share is increasing. Why don't you try some korean luxury model like hyundai genesis, kia k900, kia cadenza, etc. These korean cars offers all options that come in german luxury cars and at much lower price tag. These cars provide good mpg and are easy on pocket.
Almost all luxury cars are very expensive to maintain. Then also, i think the BMW is maintain cost is little less compare to others
Yea. If you looking for less maintains cars, Then i think, you can think about the Hyundai genies

- Why is it that some husbands let their wives drive luxury cars while they drive ordinary cars? I've been observing some of my neighbors (one of them is a stay at home mom) and the husbands drive ordinary cars like Honda Accord or Honda Pilot. But the wives tend to drive luxury cars like Acura TSX or Acura RDX (some form of luxury car). What is the reason for this? Why do wives get to drive luxury cars while the husband drives ordinary car? I should say some of them. Its not a problem though but was only curious. The neighbors are Asians actually.
- Would a Honda CBR650f be easy or hard to maintain? I've never ridden before so I'm debating between the cbr 500 or the 650. Look I know the 500 is prob a better choice for a beginner, but my first car was a camaro ss 2010… So what would you recommend me to get? Would the 500 be Any different then the 650?
