My a/c won't change from regular vents to floor vents?
Basically, the blower is stuck on regular vents. I can change the temp, but that's about it. When I press the floor vent or defrost buttons, nothing changes. I have a 2006 4cy Honda Accord for the record. I'll take any help I can get.
Must be something broken
There are 2 different sets of controls for the Accord. 1 manual set, which uses wires to pull doors open and closed, or vacuum switches and an automated system, that is electronic / computer controlled. Both are similar, to operate, but different in function, under the covers of the dash. Your system is likely the automated system, but you'll have to open the dash and pop out the switches to find out for certain. Often, you need to replace the main control unit. Heat, Condensation and time are often major causes of the switch faults. Your Honda dealer can quickly diagnose and fix/replace the part in an hour or two tops.
- Why is my clutch pedal staying on the floor and doesn't spring back up? I have a 92 Honda Prelude Si and I just changed the clutch on it. But now my clutch pedal has no pressure, I'll press the pedal and the pedal will stay down but won't spring back up at all. I already changed the Slave Cylinder. What's going on?

Pretty sure it's anti freeze cause my stepdad is a mechanic and changed the thermostat and I guess that wasn't the problem but it leaked when I got to my friends house parked it I could see the vapor of it coming from my hood I opened it and it was sprayed all over the place I checked under and there was good 1/2 liter of it on the floor how bad could it be its a 2002 Honda civic coupe
- I dropped my transmission on the floor? My transmission was inside. I picked it up to bring outside and fell from my hands on the tile floor in my house. It fell maybe a foot and a half high. Not high. And fell on to tile. I wanna know if I should have any problems. I didn't hear anything break or see any cracks. How durable are transmissions. 99 Honda Civic si
- Car AC vents in front not working but sides are? I have a 1998 honda civic with 126k miles. In the front there's 4 vents where air comes out from and the two in the middle don't blow air out but the two on the driver and passenger side do blow out air. AC does work fine it cools but just doesn't blow out from front vents. Anyone know what might be causing this?
