Should I buy a 2009 Honda Accord V6 or 2012 Honda I4?
I'm stuck between two cars, my previous car was a 2010 Honda Accord V6 EX-L Black, and it was wonderful! There's a 2009 Honda Accord V6 EX-L w/ Navi and 98k miles for $13K, I'm trying to talk him down to 12K because timing belt would need to be replace. I love the V6 quicker response on the pedal, dual exhaust pipe and it has Navi though I'm not fan of the silver color. The other car is a 2012 SE White. Love the color but its a I4 though it has leather seats and lesser miles only 70K and it cost $14K and the fact that its a 2012 and I4 it will last or a long time but I don't want any regrets. Which would be a wiser value?
I always recommend a newer car. After ten years, you will need to start replacing parts. I think the 2012 would be the better value and better MPG. Also check if they have a timing chain instead of the belt on the 2012. I don't know if they switched by then.
I also recently was looking at a new vs older Honda and found the older one was a better quality car I didn't like the cheap plastics that they now use on the doors and dash. If the 09 has been very well looked after that would get my vote
The 4cyl is the more practical choice. Do you do a lot of miles?
- 2009 Honda Fit or 2009 Honda Civic? My grandma is getting a new car. She has had a black 1995 jetta for years now. She wants to get a honda. What would you think would be good for an old lady? Should it not be a honda?
- What would be a better car a 2012 Honda Civic or a 2012 KIA Soul? I'm going to buy one of those cars and I want to know the best things about them both. What do you guys recommend.
- Should I buy a 2009 honda civic from my neighbor? I'm looking to buy As car from my neighbor that is being sold for 2000 dollars I fell in love with the car but I would have to pay 3009- 4000 dollars to get it fixed and I was just wondering if it was worth it
- When should I trade in my 2012 Honda Accord? I own a 2012 Honda Accord which I bought new seven years ago. It is still in excellent condition and has not had to go to the mechanic except for routine maintenance. It has 75,500 miles on it. Should I trade it in now?
