What would you do with this Toyota Camry?

My grandmother no longer wants to drive anymore due to her age, so she gave me her car. It's a 1999 Toyota Camry CE. He is the original owner. My grandfather bought for her at the dealership. Thing is, my grandmother rarely drove, only short distances, and never drove at night because she felt insecure. The car ONLY HAS 28,021 miles. She always parked it in her garage too. The car is in perfect condition, everything is working as it's practically new, it looks new too. It still has the original tires still from the day it was bought from the dealer. I have a 2014 Honda Accord so I debating on keeping it (due to being perfect condition) or selling it. What would you do? If I were to sell it, how much should I? Because come on, it's practically like a new car.

I'd try selling it. You said it yourself its practically new at 28k. A lot of younger adults or teens might want to buy it just because a toyota camry is a VERY reliable car especially with low millage like that and cheap on insurance. It would usually role until 500k so it still can go a long way. If you ask 5000$, it would be a pretty fair deal. You could also check online to see what other people are selling cars similar to that in your area but in general 5000 sounds like a fair deal.

If I had a payment on the Honda, I'd dump that in a heartbeat. Either car may last a while. It's nice to have a spare car. I certainly would not want those 2 cars as they are so similar and I consider them to be Granny cars. I like to have a convertible roadster, a truck, a van, a luxury sedan… Different purposed cars. While it is low miles, it still is a 20 year old car and may only fetch you $4,000-$7,000 on a sale.

Sell the car for them. Maybe later they will do you a favor.

Edit: I've meant if your grandmother needs money then sell the car to get her money. If she doesn't then selling your new car would save you a lot of money(ie insurance, depreciation). But I would get new tires and change the timing belt sometime soon.

While it is very nice, it is not exactly an exciting collector car. If you keep it, expect a fair amount of maintainence due to age, (not mileage)
If you sell it, maybe $5000. That would be a premiom but not outrageous price.

If it is in a new condition than i will not suggest you to sell it because the old vechicles are better than new ones.

Since it's a '99 and perfect, i'd only keep it if i had a double car garage. Otherwise it will fade away. Only keep one anyway. Which ever. Room in a double garage? Keep it as backup or future revenue.
it's new enough that NADA & KBB will apply. May not cover that small amount of mileage. I'd tack on an extra 2 grand iffin the books don't value it as a point #2 condition.
if you keep it, keep all receipts for anything you do to it. Save fuel cost. That will, over time, allow the platform to retain it's value as higher than anything else. Even a slightly newer one that doesn't have receipts.

it's a toughy. Personally, i'll take a toy over a honda any day. But that's a personel opinion. Toys will retain resale value over a like class/model honda.
