Which relay in honda accord 96 is right one for hazard/indicators?
My.indicators hazards speedo and odometer will not work i replaced fuses no 1 which was blown
Replace the Flasher relay. It is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above fuse block, mounted on kick panel.
So you have hazard lights problem and also the speedometer/ odometer are not working. Two separated problems. Fuse # 1 is not relate to the hazard light so making my doubt about what you've asked.
In the under hood fuse/relay box: Fuse# 35 (15A), #30 (20A), #32 (15A)
In the under hood Auxiliary fuse box: Fuse # 12 (7.5A)
I have included a picture to show you exactly where the turn signal/ hazard relay/flasher unit location. Need more help to diagnose the problem: E mail me, I won't be back to this question and see the update.
The Speedometer/ Odometer is not working: Do this first: Try to reset the odometer push button, let push on it several time, let it snap back when you release it. Do it a couple of times. Sometimes the mechanism doesn't re-engage and you have to work the reset button a few times.
If that does not solve the problem with the speedometer/ Odometer: Check the fuses second:
In the under dash fuse/relay box: Fuse # 1 (10A), # 4 (7.5A), #9 (7.5A). The most common cause is the dash cluster's the circuit boards are prone for failure on these cars I would first make sure your speed sensor is producing a signal. If it is, I would then head for the speedometer head.
The instrument cluster is a little tougher to take out than the speed sensor. If you need help with diagnosing the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS), let me know and I'll be glad to assist you. If it turns out to be your circuit board. A new circuit board will cost you around $300, and you don't want to waste money on a used one.
Like I said this is a very common problem with these vehicles and there's a very good possibility that the Vehicle Speed Sensor is the cause. See the video:

- Motorcycle Electrical Problem. Power Commander 3 light flickers when indicators are turned on? Seem to have a lot of problems with the wiring of my motorcycle. Previous owner really messed it up. Sent it to a mechanic for him to fix the headlight and taillight wiring because they don't work. That was more than two months ago! Apparently he is busy and I don't know what else. Bike is a 2000 Honda cbr1100xx Blackbird. Problem now is the lights on the power commander 3 start to flicker when the indicators are activated. What is the cause of this? Bike starts and runs fine btw.
- Motorbike bulb wattage and indicators flashing faster? I have a honda motorbike that takes 12v 21w indicator bulbs one bulb blew so nearest place i could get bulbs only had 12v 10w bulbs so i bought 2 bulbs and replaced both front bulbs with 12v 10w as i had only just bought the bike i'm wondering does the fact that i replaced 21w bulbs with 10w bulbs make the indicators flash faster i have some people say yes and others say no it's only the electrical draw the bulb takes and dosent effect the speed of the indicators flashing
