Which tires are better cooper or uniroyal tiger paw touring?

I have a Honda Accord and want to know which is better, a Tiger Paw Touring or Cooper

I will not run either tire brand on my vehicles. I had a set of Coopers on the rear of a vehicle. On one tire the belt bulged out and wore out the tread in that spot and started leaking air. Talked to the local Cooper dealer and he had claimed that he had never heard of that happening. The other tire did the same thing within 500 miles. I have owned only one Uniroyal tire in my whole life. I guess I was lucky to have only owned one. It took 12 oz of weight to balance the tire (the wheel was balanced) and it would not seal on the rim. I had to air it up every couple of months. I finally put a tube in it. I would pick anything other than those two brands, even a B. F. Goodrich.

Better how? Mileage, ride comfort, handling, stopping distance, …

Both the Cooper and the Uniroyal are entry level quality tires. Nothing special at all. Sure, they are okay for the money but don't expect superior quality from either.

Neither are great, both are just OK with little to choose between them.
