ACURA INTEGRA MISFIRE CODE?

I have an all stock 2000 Acura Integra ls. My check engine light came on, had to get a new cat converter. Then I replaced it, it was faulty. Had to buy another $300 one. Then as soon as it was replaced, the random misfire code and misfire in fourth cylinder code came on as well. However, I'm not misfiring. I'm not at Honda paying another $120 just for them to tell me the codes. Anyone else have this issue? What else could it be?

Maybe the spark plugs and ignition wires date back to 2000

  • Honda misfire codes 2001 civic, three of 4 cylinders and random misfire any idea? Car actually runs fairly good but I see the misfire come on while driving I checked compression, seems fine all cylinders new plugs, new air filter, cleaned throttle assembly checked by pulling spark plugs one time no dead cylinder gross check on injectors didn't see anything two cans of injector cleaner 1 can seafoam in gas tank changed oil any good suggestions?
  • 2001 Honda civic EX or 2000 Acura Integra? The honda has 134k for $3,500 and the Acura is a 4 cylinder with 166k for $3,500. I don't know which one to choose. Any suggestions? And why or why not you chose that car.
  • 2000 Honda civic 02 sensor misfire? 2000 Honda civic ex Car has 5 codes. First is o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 The rest are P0301-P0304 and P0300 All misfire codes but no symptoms of a real misfire. Could the bad o2 sensor cause the misfire codes? I used a scan tool and verified the o2 sensor is bad. Car already has new plugs wires cap rotor.
