Car window rolls up but now down?
Added (1). So I bought a 2003 Honda Civic and when I bought it the passenger side window wasn't working. So I replaced the window regulator and it's still not working. When the mechanic was replacing it and the window went down, he was able to roll it up with the passenger side switch. But now when I press down on the passenger side switch and the main switch, nothing happens. It's definitely not the window regulator, so what else could it be?
Unfortunately you have to get inside the door - take off the handles and remove the inner cover - and see what's happening with the window track or the cranker. Might need some grease.
Check the motor
Bad switch or faulty wiring between switches and regulator
- Door on my Honda Odyssey was slammed and window went down? I have it taken apart I think I found the part that came off but not sure how it goes on please help its wire with a spring and stop on it
- I've financed a car and put 1,000 down, it's been 2 days and the dealer still Looking a for a bank but I've been approved already? So I've put 1,000 down for my car at Honda and everyday passes but still same response from the dealer "still working on a approval" but they have my deposit and they already approved me. Is this even legal, Can they hold my deposit and not give me the car. Would I lose my deposit if I'm not approved?
- Why does my car engine rev up and down? It revs up and down all the way up to 3x rpm and down? Also when i step on the gas pedal it revs up all the way to the top 8x rpm and stays right there even when i let go of the gas pedal. Please anyone who can tell me why this happens? This is a 1995 honda civic by the way
- Drivers side window rolls up really slowly or gets suck? I have a 05 honda civic ex. The window rolls down fine. But coming back up is really slow then when it hits a little more than half way it gains speed when closing. Once in a blue moon it gets stuck coming up maybe 7 inchs of the window is up. Only way i have fixed this was by just yanking it up with my hands and it starts working again. I have tried getting a spray bottle to lubricate in inside of the window (not wd40). But it did not work. Any ideas?
