Yes.
Yes, your D16V1 1.6L VTEC engine has a timing belt. The crankshaft pulley bolt is a PITA to remove. Some of the older Honda engine crankshaft bolt is LEFT hand threads so be careful with the removal of the bolt.
If you plant to do it yourself, get a copy of the repair/ service manual from your local part stores would be helpful. You're not from the States, are you? We do not have D16V1 engine. See/ read my answer to another member will help:
