Honda Civic vs Subaru Outback for a first car?
Both would be around the year 2006 and 2008, I like the ouback because it's ap safe, reliable, and lasts long I woild probably travel not a ton but a good amount, are the outbacks really as safe, reliable, and good as they say? And what about the civics? I don't like those as much because they are smaller do I don't see how they are that safe but maybe they are good
Go with the outback. Safer and more reliable
Hondas are pretty good. I had a 79 Accord that I gave away 15 years later. I now have a 2007 Civic, and I have 129.000 miles on it, and it's still running strong. The only thing I would do differently would be to return to the Accord, as I prefer the smoother ride on long trips.
- Why do people buy low powered cars like Subaru BRZ and Honda Civic? These cars aren't cheap either like $10,000. So what's the point of buying these cars when you can add a bit more money and get much better cars?
- Which would win in a race, 2008 Subaru legacy sedan, or 2012 honda civic sport? I want to settle this without actually racing, the Subaru has more horsepower and a sport manual transmission, so I'm confident it will beat the honda civic sports coupe
- Subaru Impreza Turbo 2000 or Honda Civic type R? Thinking of selling my car to get something a bit more nippy and narrowed it down to these two options. So in your opinion what would be best to get overall in terms of performace out of these two cars? (Assuming they are similar price/mileage) Subaru Impreza turbo 2000- (not wrx) Honda Civic Type R- (2001-2005 model) Both stock engines with no upgrades.
- Should i get a honda civic coupe or toyota 86/Subaru brz? I really like the toyota 86 but i'm worried it might not be practical in the snow since it is rwd. I'm also considering a honda civic coupe which is fwd so i should not have any problems in the snow. What do you think?
