To get an accurate assessment, go on craigslist and autotrader and see what they are going for to get a range. That is what the market rate is truly at the moment
The aftermarket mods will actually devalue the car as most people assume that the person who owned it drove it hard. I would think in the 1800-2000 range having owned and sold five Hondas from this era. If the rust is truly minor and could be easily sanded and resprayed, perhaps pushing 2k. I would try to put the price a little on the high side and take less only after it's been on the market a couple weeks or more unless you are desperate. Ask $2200 and take 2k after two weeks.
If it runs OK, about $1000.
