Is it worth replacing a rack and pinon and clutch on a 97 honda civic with 278,00 miles?
Is it worth replacing a rack and pinon and clutch on a 97 honda civic with 278,00 miles?
Probably not
That would really depend on what condition the rest of the vehicle is in and if you can do the work on it yourself or not. The labour for replacing those components is what will really drive up the price.
Unless it is a total pile and unsafe (rust holes in structural members, exhaust blue/white and raking of coolant)… I'd go for it.
- Is it worth it to trade a 2003 Toyota Corolla almost 130k miles for a 2004+ Acura TL 90k-110k miles? This is my moms old car and she got the Honda Pilot, she gave it her old car to me as my first car, but I want to trade it for a nicer car but used Acura are expensive and every time I asked the sellers to trade my Corolla and says no. Do you think Acura owners don't like Toyota?
- NEED GO CART CONVERTED FROM BELT CLUTCH TO CHAIN DRIVEN CLUTCH? I have a 2 seated carter go cart with a 5.5 Honda motor and is belt driven. I'm wanting to convert it to a chain driven system but need to know how. The frame is chain driven but the clutch is belt driven how do I convert the clutch to a chain drive system.
- Less than $50 bike rack for small hybrid? So I have a honda crz, 2012 and I want to take my bikes on a road trip. Clearly I can't stick them in my trunk, and after looking on amazon(it has my price range) I found a few and some said that they would not fit my car, but other bike racks did not have the option to put in my car model and year. So my question is what is a good bike rack that will fit my honda crz 2012 that can handle 4 hours on the interstate in my price range?
- Roof rack on 95 del sol? I've been trying to find a way to get a roof rack on my 95 honda del sol. I know thule used to make a fit kit but they have been discontinued and are pretty rare. Does anyone know where I could find a kit? Otherwise I was thinking of going to a salvage yard and pulling metal side rails off another car and cutting them shorter and welding them back together. Any input or ideas/where to find the kit?
