Why do people try to race my car? Is it a bad thing?
I have a 1999 red honda civic ex coupe with black and chrome rims. Everything is pretty much stock. I'm not into jucing up or suping up cars to make them faster because its just my work car and car i drive to college. But i was at a red light and this white audi car pulled up beside me it looked like it could be a 2015 audi tt with red rims but they kept horsing their motor at me so when the light turn green i took off and they caught up with me and kept horsing their motor and it seemed like they suped up their car because the way it sounded like it was a boom of thunder lol but it was so loud that it rattled my car. I was scared because we was in the city limit and the speed limit was 35 mph. I wasn't trying to race them but they passed me and they kept slowing down i guess waiting for me to catch up to them but i just kept driving slow so they just took off and left. I'm not the type of person eho race or show off but does that make me look bad and scary?
First, it's a red car. Second, a lot of Civics have been modified so they might have expected it. You took the bait so they played with you for a while. Don't respond next time and it's not likely to happen again.
If you want a laugh, rev your engine back.
Then when the light goes green, indicate and putt-putt off around the corner while they race off down the street, against nobody. Hopefully a cop sees them and pulls them over. Meanwhile you do a U-Turn and get back on the road again.

- Would it be, a bad idea for me to try and fix a blown head gasket? Its for a honda. Stock d16 aftermarket rims and is 1500 with a blown head gasket. My dad is the best honda mechanic in my town. He would be guiding me through it. Also the car had 137k miles and good paint. How much would it be worth if it was fixed?
- Why is Honda out of the F1 race? In the past, we have seen Honda in the F1 circuits. I think Toyota is the only Japanese car maker involved with F1 now.
- Why don't people buy a real car? It's crazy with all the money people dump into a car they could of saved up an bought a real sports or muscle car. Instead they'd buy a Honda, Volkswagen, or Mitsubishi. An waste money from car lowering it, buying bodykits or horrible rims that don't even help with performance. Can't forget a big spoiler, painted rims or a painted hood. Or cheap aftermarket parts. Like honestly why not save up a little drive a pos an leave it the way it is?
- Why don't some people like a Honda car? It seems like some people dislike Honda. Why don't they? What's your opinion? I think it's a great brand. Hondas are well built and built to last in my opinion.
