Why won't my Honda Civic come out of park?

- When driving on auto-gear, the D3 light come out randomly. Why and how do I fix it? I have a problem with my Honda Stream car. When driving on auto-gear, the D3 light come out randomly. Only when I push the button on the gear stick that the D3 light goes off. This is very frequent and became dangerous to drive. I can't find the reason. I went to the Honda service centre and few other car repair shops but they could not find the fault either. I'm stuck with this situation.

It starts just fine, even idles as if nothing s wrong, will rev too. I have to have the emergency brake on because it rolls in park. In park it also makes grinding noises.
