Going from V6 to V4 engine?

I currently drive a 2006 milan with a V6 engine. I'm looking at new cars, and I think I want something along the lines of a honda crv or nissan rogue because of their size and all wheel drive. The issue I noticed though is those cars have a V4 engine. How much of a difference would there be between those kinds of cars and my current one? Would it be a big difference I would notice?

No such things as v4 there's only inline 4 and h4 (boxer engine). Inline 4 engines are usually lighter than v6 engines. The crv comes with a k24a3 engine it can be made faster with k20a2 (Acura rsx type s) counter parts. But low end torque will be the difference between most inline 4's and v6's.

V4 and v6 is the only diffrnace in gasoline and hp nothing else

"No such things as v4…"

Wow! That's ignorance for you!

The Ford Taunus, Ford Corsair and Ford Transit were all available with V4 engines (1,663cc or 1,993cc).
Lancia produced several narrow-angle V4 engines from the 1920's through 1960's, for cars like the Lambda, Augusta, Artena, Aprilia, Ardea, Appia, and Fulvia.
Honda has been making motorcycles with V4 engines for over 30 years.
Suzuki, Yamaha and Aprilia also produce bikes with V4 engines.
The Motus MST (an American motorcycle…) has a V4 engine.

Granted, the Honda CRV and Nissan Rogue both have in-line 4 engines, not V4's (so the questioner is clearly confused, as well…), but V4 engines DO exist.
