Honda crv shifts at high rpm?
Ok so I have had this problem for months. First, my check engine came on and the scanner told me it was the TPS sensor so I replaced it, check engine still said TPS was failing. Then a month later my car started to idle erratically, my car shifts 1 st gear at about 3 to 4 rpm and when I change from park to drive my car shakes. Next I placed a fuel system cleaner in my gas tank and like magic the problem went away, it was shifting when it's supposed too didn't shake when I changed a gear but then exactly a month later the problem returned and my car does the same things again. It's as if my throttle body gets dirty. Could it be the PCV?

- How come my CRX cuts out at high rpm? I have a 1991 Honda CRX. It has a 1.5L (D15B2) and it has like 196xxx miles on it and it's automatic by the way. When I step on it, it accelerates fine but when it starts to get to the high rpm range, it starts to like cut out. I've changed my plugs and wires and also the head gasket. Any ideas on what it could be? The car starts right up and the car also vibrates at in gear at idle but the idle is fine. It's not too low.
