Does this Honda Cb1 400 1999 have the potential to become a nice badass vintage looking cafe racer?

Small 'bikini' fairing and a shortened 'Solo' seat with maybe a small rear pad and your close to the 'vintage 1960s' look. Front fender leave as is, rear fender might take off the top- the long tailed plastics were not common in 1960s, 1970s, the 'bobber look was. Original Harley Super glides had the long tails- most of them got removed and older short chromed rear fenders put on them for the bobber look and rider and passenger got the dirt streak up middle of back when riding some in the rain. Look at some of the old pictures for the short fendered look with the 'P'Pads and some with the over wheeled fender mounting 'racks' that were used for strap downs or large pillows for passengers. Other item on some of European Café racers- the English pattern tank racks or the quick detach tank bag base strapped around neck and rear of tank. SO, for the late 1960s 'Vintage look, Bikini fairing, shorten rear fender plastic and large 'Solo' seat with a tank bag and rear rack. Leave mufflers, front fender and tank on it, you'll have look and practical light traveler/work bike/weekend sport--and that was what many of the early Cafes were, slightly modified utilities that did Tavern to Tavern racing, a month end Clubman track race or drag strip, once a month rally run and worked rest of week getting rider to work with lunch bag and raincoat.
