Fast 4 Cylinder Car for 5k or less?
I'm about to get my first car soon and I love fast cars. I origanlly wanted a Mustang V6 but car insurance would cost more for a mustang. So for my first car I would love something fast, a Honda would be great! I don't know much about cars so I'd like suggestions. I would prefer a 4 cylinder car but I'm willing to open my mind for a 6 cylinder as well. I'm also into JDM cars. Please any suggestions! It can be automatic or manual it's all the same to me.
You don't need fast for your first car. It sounds like you need to learn safe driving skills. There's nothing good about going fast is a first car, if you wanna live for any length of time.
Mitsubishi Evo, that should be fast enough for you, you'll get an older one for about 5K
I agree with Lynn… Save the powerful fast for later on in life… Get a good looking, nice handling, reliable car than you can build experience in and if you dent it its not he end of the world or the limit of your money. I.e. Buy something you can afford to bend and mend and put tyres and others bits on. Forget mad engines and. 1.6 Civic good.
First off going fast will only bring you trouble, Speeding tickets will raise your already high insurance rates. It can also kill you as you are an inexperience driver who probably thinks they are the best driver in the world. Been there and done that myself. Secondly, driving fast in 2014 with all the cameras and police around is just foolish. Want to drive fast then get into track racing. To your question about a fast 4 cylinder. The lighter the car the quicker it will be with a 4 cylinder. A Ford Focus ZX3 is a fun car that is quick and drives great. Another great quick, fun to drive car is any Honda Civic Si.
- Which is the better Indian Gear less Scooter. HONDA Activa / TVS Jupiter / YAMAHA Alpha / SUZUKI Lets? I'm planning to buy a scooter and confused among HONDA Activa / TVS Jupiter / YAMAHA Alpha / SUZUKI Lets. My Criteria is 1. Concerned about mileage than Power. 2. Should have long run engine than any other features, bcos not plan to change scooter for next 10 years. 3. Price of scooter not a problem 4. Metal body preferred than Fiber. Friends from your experiences please advise for a decision.
- Which brands of cars are more reliable and less expensive to maintain? I have been driving American cars, Honda, Toyota and they're easy to find parts when something go wrong. I would like to buy a Volkswagen beetle or a European car. Like 2004 or 2003 Volkswagen beetle. If something go wrong, does it cost more to fix it? Is maintenance more expensive than a Honda or a Toyota yaris. I know the Honda and Toyota last forever after a few hundred thousand miles and they re still in excellent running condition with regular services. What do you guys think?
- Motorcycle: If a bike has low RPM, does it mean it is less smoother than a one with higher? Like Honda CBR 250R, it has a RPM of max 12. Kawasaki Ninja 250r has a RPM of max 15… So ninja goes smoother? Just because it has higher RPM or because it is a twin cylinder?
- Less than $50 bike rack for small hybrid? So I have a honda crz, 2012 and I want to take my bikes on a road trip. Clearly I can't stick them in my trunk, and after looking on amazon(it has my price range) I found a few and some said that they would not fit my car, but other bike racks did not have the option to put in my car model and year. So my question is what is a good bike rack that will fit my honda crz 2012 that can handle 4 hours on the interstate in my price range?
