How to correct the timing belt of honda esi b16?

GO to HONDA DEALERSHIP and ask them! A TIMING BELT may not be the real issue! Most newer hondas engine feature VARIABLE VALVE timing that requires only CERTAIN oil types and NO vALVOLINE oil ever! BAD oil makes tar and sludge within the CAM TIMING phasers and locks them into one position only! This cause a FEELING that engine timing is Way OFF or loss of power and MORE! MOBIL ONE 0W-30 PROTECTS from this! Also at TARRY and fudged over THROTTLE BODY and IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE will do this as well! BYE NOW and GOOD LUCK!

What exactly do you mean about "correct the timing belt?"

I've installed at least hundred of T-belts after market or OEM and besides the longevity of the belts: Corrected timing was the only thing that was counted. There's no correct T- belt: It's how your use, your preferring of the belt makers or the corrected application.

Edit: Want an application chart?: Give me your E mail address and I'll send it to you. HTH

Public libraries often have a timing belt book you can check out.
They also have a database where you can print a few pages.
They have TSB and recall info.
They can lend you a haynes or chilton manual.
Some libraries even have factory manuals donated to them if they have an expanded reference section.
Timing marks fore the tech are not the same as factory assembly marks, don't get confused.
If your engine has a balance shaft, you will also need a tool and procedure for that.
You will need a tool for the crankshaft pulley bolt, or make one,
Or know how to kick it.
If you broke a belt and cranked it over? You need valves.
If you don't know any of this already, you need a tech who has honda experience. Period.
It is accepted procedure to reseal the cam and crank, adjust the valves, replace the water pump.
Do all this before it breaks, period.
I don't have any clue why people buy these dam things.
They ignore every good piece of automotive advice.
Always take your honda to honda, use their parts, and follow their schedule, WE MAKE IT SIMPLE they say.
Yeah, it is simple, whatever it is, you need a new one.
That is all.
