And your age is?

Not even remotely possible and leasing ONLY works if the car is a business expense so you claim the whole lease off tax, when you buy it's a capital expense at a lower rate

Nobody can lease for $150 a month without a huge down payment and if you could your insurance would be way more.

To lease you need to be 22+ with a full time job earning $1800+ per month and several years of good credit.
Most people under 25 can't lease and lots of over 25 can't lease either.

You need better credit to lease than to buy.

So… Check back after you graduate college. You might be able to buy then, but not lease.

You don't need "links". You need several years of good credit & a high paying job.

Even assuming your dad has the needed very good credit, you're probably looking at $225-250 or more when taxes & title & fees are added and your insurance would be sky high for a new car. That's with $1500-2000 down.

Apparently you have a computer, do your own research!

It is not quite true that you can't lease a new car for $150 a month without a huge down payment. There are some great deals out there, but you have to shop. What is true is that you need good credit and need to be an adult at least 21 years of age or have a parent co-sign.

Remember what's important: Average Car Payment. Don't put any money down and if you do, factor that cost over the terms of the lease. For instance, if you pay $2,000 down ($2,000 divided by 36), consider that $2,000 down averages out to be $56.00 a month. It's as if you are really paying $206.00 a month for the car. The lowest payment deals I see right now are on the Chevy Cruze, Mazda3 and Subaru Legacy. Those will cost you around $210 - $220 a month with 0 down. You would have to put a couple grand down to get them in the $150 range.
