2004 Honda flywing mx150 won't crank?

I pulled my old Honda flywing out of the garage last night and after draining the old fuel managed to crank it and rode it for about 30 minutes the bike felt a little weak so after I was gone I pulled out the air filter and cleaned it with soapy water and made the mistake of putting in still wet and surprise surprise it started up then after 5 seconds died and has not started since… I pulled the carburetor out drained it cleaned it out and dried the air filter and oiled it but it still won't crank any ideas as to what to try next?

If it is not cranking then the battery is flat

Is the engine turning over by not starting?
Try a new spark plug, the water may have fouled the plug.

Pull the plug and, like, look at it. Like rocket science.

Get the spark plug out and have it checked, cleaned.

With the spark pluf out… Give it some kick to expel any residual water still inside the cilinder.

I strong recommend that you change the engine oil. It's been contaminated by the water the cilinder sucked into the combustion chamber.

With the kickstand up and clutch in and the bike in neutral, when i push the start button my lights dim but there's no sound. The nutral light is coming on. I already tried bypassing the clutch sensor and i don't think the kickstand has a sensor. The batery is charged and when i jump it with my cars batery it has the same problem.
