Can I handle the bike/learn to handle it?
I've been trying to get back into dirt biking since this summer but I just haven't really found a bike, and my dad has a 250 2 stroke(kawasaki). I haven't been on a dirt bike in quite some time, but my dad got me to learn how to ride one before I could ride a bike(honda 50cc). I'm currently ~6' 150lbs., and I really want to ride again, but I know that a 2 stroke packs a punch. Should I try to take it slow and learn to ride again on his bike or just wait for the chance to find a 4 stroke trail bike more suited for a beginner. A bike is right there for me to ride, but I'm just not sure if I should try and pick up dirt-biking again with this bike. So any tips/ideas from better riders would be awesome thanks!
Wrong kind of bike. This section is about the human-powered variety.
I can't move it for you from my phone, but if you see "edit category" at the top, you can do it.
You will get better results in the Motorcycle section under Cars and Transportation or Motorcycle Racing in Sports.
I would personally recommend getting a 200cc 4 stroke, a honda would be the best for this as they are easy to learn on, good luck!
Its just practice.

- I want to learn more about fixing up motorcycles. What's the first step I could take to do this? I have a 94 Honda Shadow VT600. For now I thought I'd learn how to clean my carburetor. I know I need a carb-kit but I'm not sure where's the best place to get one of those.
- I put 87 octane gas in my bike, can I use octane boost to correct the problems it's causing my bike? Last night I put 87 octane in my 2008 Honda Shadow 750. It started sputtering and stalled out on me twice last night. Can I use octane boost to make it run cleaner and better. Will that help fix the stalling problem as I have always run 93 octane and never had any problems?
- I want to learn about cars, where do I start? Most of my friends are now talking about different types of cars and I hardly know anything about cars. I only know certain companies that make them like Toyota and Honda. I don't want to be left out being the only one who don't know anything about cars, how can I learn more about cars. What do I do first, where do I start?
