Honda cbr 250r radiator fins damaged?

Last week my CBR 250r tricolor was delivered. I saw 90% of fins were damaged. When i asked for dealer they said it act as a path to dissipate the heat. Only the fan is imp. Will the damaged fins cause any damage to engine by not to dissipate the heat properly? Shall i use radiator comb to debug it? And one more problem is i rode 900 kms in 18 hrs(not continuously)where i touched 110 kmph thrice.since then bike is not smooth to drive. Should i change the oil now?(changed oil and rode only 1000 kms)i need expert advice guys, please help. And if you know any maintenance tips for cbr 250r pl do mention it too.it would be helpful.

Build a time machine, go back to your purchase date, take 30 minutes to read the owners manual for the engine break-in procedure, follow it.

90% damaged fins can cause the engine to overheat.
A radiator comb may not be enough to make a difference.
It's very time consuming. Might not be worth the effort.

I would have not accepted the bike with the damage. They should cover the radiator under warranty. "Smooth to drive" at 65+ mph depends on what *you* think is smooth… It may be normal or a major problem.
