Because both yamaha and honda are multinational companies that arent only sold in india. Bajaj and TVS are an indian company primarily sold in and around india. Honda and yamaha have built a name of performance and durability. They also branch out in such things as cars and musical instruments and ect. The factor on price is also based on competition of companies such as harley and victory and triumph. Bajaj and tvs don't really have any competitors and arent seen as a threat to larger companies.

Yamaha and Honda are big name brands that have been making quality bikes for a long time.

Because they are junk they are horrible bikes the bigger brands are the ones you want to buy I had a Baja 90 nothing but problems new parts every other day were being orderd
