My honda 2000i generator will not put out a electrical current, but engine will run?
My honda 2000i generator will not put out a electrical current, but engine will run?
Possibilities:
1) the main AC circuit breaker is shot,
2) the rotor field flashing regulator is shot,
3) the rotor is bad (low coil resistance) and blowing the rotor field regulator fuse,
4) the rotor commutator brushes are disintegrated or hanging up from rust and not making good electrical contact with the rotor (slip ring) field coil pickup commutator,
5) the stator coil is bad on one of it's 3 poles or has burnt up wire windings that are shorted out.

Could i wire my generator in my caben From A 30 amp plug On the outside To A Small Sub Box Or 50 Amp Breaker Box On The in side and just Wire Some Plugs In The Inside For Lights And Charging I Have The Honda 6500 Watt Generator With A 3 Prong 30 amp Twist Plug And A 4 Prong 110/220 Volt Twist plug so I Know i Have enough Power to run what i need Just tired of using extinction cords
- My dirt bike will run but it seems like its not gettig gas? When I take it out its will Run and rev up in neutral and stay cranked when I change gears and when I take off its starts sputtering I'm not sure what's wrong I first Checked the gas and oil but that's all fine it's a Honda crf 150-4 stroke nice bike but hate that it's doing this please help
- If i make a wire harness will it work with out pulse generator and icu on 85 1100 honda shadow? If i just make direct line from stator to rectifier to starter selonoid and coils will it be fine with out the pulse generator and the 2 icm/icu? I want to eliminate a bunchof stuff on it and i was wondering if that could go as well. It was a mess when i bought it i will figure it out if it must stay but i just need to know if it can go because it will be less of a headache if i can keep it going with out it.
- Is it safe to put an HID bulb 6000k or 8000k on my current HID that is 4300k? I'm not sure what heat is my stock HID but I'm assuming It's 5000k or 4300k since it is still bright yellow and not on the bluish side. I was wondering do I just buy the d4s bulb? Or do I have to get a kit? What are the avaerage prices and are some of them bad quality ones? I don't know anything about lights I'm certainly not going to change em myself but have someone do it. This is for 2013 honda crz ex model low beam
