Sure, They're only 10mm (3/8 in) wider.
They are also taller, so your speedometer will be off showing slower than actual speed. And your mileage will be worse. And you may notice less power.
They could, Thomas, but you would not want to use a wider tire for winter weather conditions. A wider tread width tire provides more resistance against road surfaces. The undue resistance would cause the tire to literally have to plow through the ice and snow. A narrower tread section width tire has a better ability to slice though ice and snow giving you better traction. Stick with the OEM size of 235/65R17 if you wish to have the best handling and control in winter weather conditions.
- Punctured tire replacement - can I replace only 1 tire - is it safe to replace the PUNCTURED tire only? My 2005 Honda Pilot rear left tire was punctured near the threshhold (ie - sidewall), but still usable. Thus the tire dealer patched it only. Should I replace that punctured tire only? Or should I replace the 2 tires on the same axle? Or even buy a whole set of 4 tires? I'm concerned about safety, and thus your best advice is very appreciated.

- Can I replace my stock honda civic 03 steering wheel with one that belongs in a 2011 or 2012 honda civic? I would like to have the stereo controls on the steering wheel itself but the stock 03 steering wheel only has cruse control. I figure I will have to buy an adapter for stereo, I just want to know if It has the same mounting configuration and the air bags will work the same way.
