Why is my ac making a rattling noise when I turn it on?
2001 honda civix lx.
Its making a rattling sound when I turn on the a/c.
Just changed the a/c compresor and recharged it.
It blows cold air when I turn it on but it makes a rattling sound anyone know why this might be happening?
Did you change the drier/receiver, expansion valve, purge the lines, flush the condenser, add the proper amount of oil, evacuate the system and use the proper amount of R143A?
What are the pressures on the gauges?
Clutch on ac compressor usually is that noise. When you changed the compressor did you get a new clutch on it.
I did not do all that any suggestions on where I cam get instructions on how to do all this?
