A good sedan or SUV car?
Going to buy a new car soon. We're looking for a good sedan or a SUV car. Honda City VMT or Hyundai Creta SX or Suzuki Ciaz VXI. Our budget is 9 lacs to 12 lacs max (Around $22450).
A SUV will be safer if your in a accident. PLUS you can haul more with it.
SUVs are terrible vehicles. Because they are legally considered to be light trucks, and not passenger cars, they are exempt from many safety standards that apply to passenger cars. They are heavy, unsafe, and just junky vehicles.
You would be better off with a proper car, like a sedan or station wagon, or a crossover that is based on a car chassis.
Hi so what ever you can afford and suits you.
- What is a good SUV for a young male? Hey I'm looking to buy a new or slightly used SUV that should have AWD as I live in a snowy climate. I can spend under total of $26k and want something lively and young not old man or soccer mom. I want to stay away from anything too foreign because there would be limited service in my area. I've been looking at the Chevy Trax, Honda HRV and Jeep Renegade. Is there anything else I should be considering and what are your thoughts on those?
- Is this a good used SUV? 2007 Honda Pilot LX 1 owner No accidents No problems All service records New Tires 225,000 miles $3500
- What are the pros and cons of having an SUV over a Sedan? An SUV like a CRV or Rav 4 and a Sedan like the Cruze or a Corolla. Some people say its better in snow cause of the 4WD system. Does it really make a difference? The guy at Honda also said wth an SUV you are higher off the ground and have a better view. But does that really matter when driving? Civics are low but does that make them unsafe?
- Toyota SUV or Honda SUV? Highlander, rav4 and crv? I have narrowed it down to these 3 SUV Toyota highlander Toyota rav4 Honda crv I need a SUV that is good on gas ( 20 mpg of more preffered) very reliable as in will last forever of at least. A very long time with little problems and won't break down often. I know the highlander is bigger of the 3 and because of its size equals slightly less mpg. What does both toyota and honda have for reputations? Are they reliable and good vehicles? Opinions on these makes and models?
