2001 Honda Accord Crank but no start. Had been misfiring a few hours before hand. Needing opinions?

I have replaced the spark plugs with new NGK plugs, the wires, the cap, and rotor, I checked the main relay and its working as well as the fuel pump. I took the fuel rail out and inspected the injectors, and also checked fuel pressure and it was good. I bought a new distributor that I'm going to install tomorrow, but I'm curious what it might be if that doesn't work.

Shut your mouth

Yes

There are many reasons for this: Bad ICM (Ignition Control Module), bad ignition coil(s), faulty sensors, dirty throttle body, etc…

Also, make sure you use good quality parts, not cheapo junk parts.

Any particular cylinder (s) misfiring? Any trouble codes? Misfires can be due to a number of issues such as vacuum leaks, bad ignition parts or bad injectors, weak fuel pressure, cam/crank sensor issues, etc. Usually or commonly they are from running too lean so I'd check for any vacuum leaks or exhaust leaks if ignition and fuel systems seem OK. If one or more cylinders show the misfires/codes, then check those specific ones for ignition/fuel issues or vacuum/exhaust leaks in those areas. Cracked, split or loose hoses, bad seals at throttle body or intake, air intake duct issues/leaks, etc.

You can't really check injector function just by looking at them… A shop or injector testing/cleaning service would need to do a test to check for good spray patterns. A clogged injector may only dribble out fuel rather than spray a fine mist which can cause misfires. Run some Techron in the fuel tank to help clean them… May help somewhat.

Crank but no starts are also often due to faulty cam or crank sensors… No rpm signal getting to the PCM so the PCM will not fire spark or injectors. A basic test is to see if you have good spark and injector pulses while cranking the engine… Parts stores sell spark testers to check for spark although holding a spark plug to a bare ground point with an insulated pliers works too. And they also sell Noid lights to test for injector pulses. Or just listen if the injectors make clicking noise when cranking.

If you don't get both spark and injector pulses, then likely it's a bad cam or crank sensor.

A couple other things to check are the TPS and Engine Coolant Temp sensor… ECT. Faulty /wrong voltage signals from the TPS may not tell the computer the actual throttle angle or a bad ECT issue may tell the computer the wrong engine temp and result in too lean of fuel trims for proper starting or engine operation.

Almost anything, since some idiot who doesn't know how to do anything but replace parts at random, probably improperly, has been working on it.

The New spark plugs could have some bad ones out of the box. I had that for my 4 cylinder car… Bought 4, returned and exchanged3 because no good, of the 3 had to come back again and return and exchange 2… So I went through 5 spark plugs that were dead out of the box… And visit the same store 3 times before it was good.
. How many miles on original spark plugs? Did they start misfiring on you? Or only after you changed them for new? Lots of other reasons for the misfiring, not just the spark plugs… So may have considered it AFTER OTHER THINGS WERE FIRST CHECKED.
