Disconnect/remove the radio (?)
They should be on separate Fuses, but if it's the Memory that's the Draw, you will have to unplug it. The Memory is always connected to the Battery. It doesn't have anything to do with the HVAC system.

- I have a 2006 Honda Metropolitan, WHen cold it starts up but i have to keep revving it to keep it going? I have already replaced the battery, air filter, spark plug, did an oil change, got new gas, cleaned out the carb. Once it is warm i have no issues with it. It usually takes about 3 to 4 min of driving it to get it warm but once warm everything is fine with stopping and going.

- My radio in my car is draining my battery? I pulled the fuse to the stock amp that is in my car so I could hear the difference in sound with the fuse out. Now that I have taken it out and put it back in I have noticed that my battery will drain in less than 5 minutes if I have my radio on with the engine off. I feel like now I have caused a short of some sort and now its draining my battery. What could I do to solve this and will it be expensive?
