Take it back and have them put in the oil that your owners manual calls for. Don't take NO for an answer. Your warranty depends on it.

No… When a newer car has 0w-20w on the oil filler cap that's what it takes. Thicker oil won't protect at start up and is too thick for the hydraulic lifters.
make them put the correct oil in your motor.

If you have the variable cam engine, using the right viscosity is very important.

No. If it's the wrong viscosity, it's going to give you a lot of engine problems down the road.

No, it is not! If you have a major engine problem for almost any reason the use of 10W-30 is more than enough reason to deny you warranty coverage.

Your car has variable valve timing. The 0W-20 oil is critical for proper operation of that system. Put the correct oil in your Accord. And you do not want your warranty voided because you used the wrong oil.

Hi so what about the other fact it is no longer mineral oil. It is a synthetic oil this fact seems you have missed. Why as it is todays modern oils which perform better a honda does not burn oil like an old mustang so needs less oil. And thinner oil synthetic is superior.

Change it immediately. That's why I always do it myself!

If thats what the owners manual says then its ok but if not tell them to change it to the correct oil cuz is could cause damage in the long run
