Clutch goes to floor

So I have a 1992 Honda accord and when I go press the clutch it goes straight down. I know it leaks from master cylinder I called my mechanic and he said to put fluid in and I will be able to drive it over there which is not far from where I live. I put fluid in and nothing happened. Any suggestionss?

After you add the fluid, sit patiently in the driver seat and slowly press all the way down on the clutch and then even more ( S-L-O-W-L-Y ) release the clutch pedal all the way up, until you have gravity bled the air out of the line. I just did my Jeep Wrangler, and it took probably 1/2 hour and more then 100 cycles of the pedal ti finally get clutch engagement (master cyl was leaking, and I installed a new one after bench-priming it first). Last couple times I did a clutch master cyl, it only took a dozen pumps or so.

Why the SLOWLY? Because you do not dare turn the air bubbles into foam or it will never come out.
