Do you need a throttle body service at 60K?

Here is the list I was recommended, see the link:
Added (1).
Are you a man, or a women?
If you are a man, you should do some of those maintenances by yourself. It will save you a lot of money. I looked at those prices and I'm shocked.
The engine air filter, you just drop it in. Done
If you can clean the throttle body by yourself then do it, otherwise it is not necessary. Not very important. I cleaned throttle body on my car last week. It was not very dirty, even at 52K.
Engine oil and filter is very important - change at recommended interval.
Transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and brake fluid are just about time.
Engine coolant/antifreeze will need to be changed also, if you haven't changed it in a long time. I changed every 2-3 years, or as soon as it look dirty. Asian cars use coolant that has no silicate.
I do recommend the serpentine belt at 60K, as it's for your safety. I can't believe they charge you that much to change the belt. I change it in 10 mins.
Fuel filter yes. Evap, fuel injector cleaning, and throttle body cleaning no unless you have a performance issue. Honda does NOT recommend routine throttle body or fuel injector cleaning. It's a scam. If it's not listed in the HONDA maintenance guide, it's not needed--no matter what the dealer says.
- 2001 Honda CRV Throttle Body? 2001 Honda check engine light and scanner reads bad TPS, i replaced it still does the same car shifts 1st gear at 4000rpm. Fuel system cleaner took away the problem for a month but came back. So throttle body and sensors keep getting dirty. What is making it dirty?
- Buying a throttle body for my 1998 Honda Civic DX? I need to buy a throttle body for my 1998 Honda Civic DX. My mechanic said it would be cheaper if I bought the part and they installed it for me. My question is: what should I be looking for online to find a reliable place to buy one? And does it matter if my car is a automatic or standard transmission? It's a standard shift, by the way.
- Throttle body cleaning causes idle issues (2001 Honda Accord)? I just cleaned the throttle body with a tb/intake cleaner spray. Put everything back together. When i start the car is goes up to 1500rpm, then idles at 750rpm. Then it slowly goes down a couple hundred rpms, till the radiator fans are off for about 20 seconds. Then the fans come back and the revs jumps back up. This keeps happening over and over while the car is running. Anybody know what i can do?
