Does the Bluetooth music adapter work on the Honda Accord 2003?

I got a music adapter for my Honda Accord cause my car doesn't have an aux. Cable. This adapter is suppose to just get plugged in to the power outlet of your car or ( cigarette lighter thing ) and work no installing anything… When I plugged the adapter in it sinker perfectly with my phone but I couldn't switch my car radio to aux. The CD/Aux button was unresponsive. Every time I clicked it nothing happened… I put a CD in the car and it played it… Seems like it's just my aux that doesn't work.

You can buy the radio signal one it sends a radio signal from your phones adapter to a unused station say 89.6 and you tune to it then listen away. They cost like $15-20 but they are cheap.

What type of Bluetooth adapter? I'm guessing its an FM adapter since there are no other wires to install. You set your adapter to an unused FM station then tune your FM radio to that station, then play your music via Bluetooth of your phone.
