Honda accord froze overnight, how do i fix?

Honda accord froze overnight, didn't know or expect it to get that cold to lock it up. Got in car, tried to turn it over a couple times and it started to make a funny sound. Now its leaking from back, top of engine. What did i do to car and how can i fix it

You need to find a mobile mechanic to look at and diagnose the issues… Do NOT try to start it again

If you're saying that you didn't have antifreeze in the cooling system and the water froze, when you tried to start the motor the water pump impeller was frozen in ice and you broke it off the water pump pulley shaft. The freeze plugs also blew out… Better hoped the freeze lugs worked or your motor is cracked. Better check the freeze plugs since your leaking!
I never could understand why people won't spend $15 on antifreeze. They think they can run water until cold temps get here but are too dumb to understand that if you don't use antifreeze the water pump seal gets ruined and rust builds up in the block and plugs up the radiator and heater core.

Do not run the car. Tow it to a mechanic shop. They will defrost it and fix it and you pay the bill. Which is a lot more than a gallon of antifreeze. Hindsight is 100%

  • How can i fix this Honda Dio? Can i fix it by my own? I wanted to check the front brakes, si i started and raced it holding the front brakes alone. My fingers sliped from the break and I crashed my Dio straight to the wall. Reffer the picture.
  • What's are my opinions to fix 2006 Honda Accord Key? My 2006 Honda Accord Key broke. Honda is trying to charge me $165 for the key and service… What other opinions do I have besides Honda dealer?
  • What's a reasonable cost for a break line fix on a 96 Honda Accord? I have a 96 Honda Accord that has a pinhole in one of my rear break lines. How much would the part be to replace the line, and how long would it take a mechanic to fix it? I prefer to shop locally, so I would like to go to a mom and pop repair shop. What would be a reasonable estimate to replace just the faulty line, and what would be reasonable it I just replaced both back lines, just in case?
  • How to fix overhead dome light in 2012 Honda Accord? The overhead dome light in my 2012 Honda Accord has gone out. I have checked the fuses (one under the hood and one under located next to the feet of the passenger side fuse box) as well as the bulb itself. I'm not an expert but I did not notice any signs of a blown fuse or bulb. Is there something else I can check or should I just take it to the dealership?
