Honda shaking while stopped and poor acceleration?
I need help. I bought a 2008 accord about a year ago and at first everything was fine but shortly after the car started to shake when ever i stop at a light it shakes more while in reverse and drive while in neutral shaking stops and the car has poor acceleration i've done a tune up twice in one year or every 6 months and is still shaking and it seems to shake harder as time goes by… Any ideas what could be
Get a real mechanic to scan the car's computer and diagnose why the check engine light is on.
Dirty MAF sensor.
Clean the Mass Air Flow sensor.
- Our 2006 honda odyssey lost acceleration/power and was towed? Was towed. On first start now, it starts for 1 second and immediately turns off. On second start, it only whines like a flooding sound. The engine light is on. The van is stranded. Please let me know where to start. What do these symptoms mean? What are the signs of a bad egr valve? It it air or fuel intake? Spark plugs are fairly new. Starter is fairly new. Our budget is very small.

- I'm driving a 96 honda civic and my car has been shaking and overheating? I have check for leaks and everything is fine but i do have a rusted spark plug, i'm wondering if that may be the cause of shaking and excessive overheating to the point i'm driving with the heater on all the time. Can anyone let me know if the spark plug is the problem and if i replace this one rusted plug will the car drive back normally?
- My 05 Honda Civic is shaking while driving It is a hybrid manual. As I was driving it began to shake, vibrate non stop. If I'm at 20 or 60 it shakes. Why? My neighbor said I might have hit a pothole or something but I do not remember. What could it be? I went outside and tightened the nuts on it and a few where really lose. Hopefully it works.
