My 1993 honda accord air conditioning blower motor is on high speed, but hardly any air comes out of the vents?

But it's only 1995. How can this be?

That's possibly two different problems. IF the blower ONLY works on high speed, there's a small 'chip' on the firewall under the hood that controls the different speeds, and IF there are not any different speeds, the chip is fried & needs replaced - Not a big job. As to the air movement, there are 'doors' in the duct work inside the dash, that open & close depending on where the climate controls on the dash are set. IF there's no changing the flow, whatever is powering those doors could be the problem. Older cars use vacuum from the engine to power the doors, newer cars use electricity… That's a job for your friendly neighborhood garage…

The usual cause is slipping clamps on the actuator cables below the radio in the center console. You have to remove the passenger kick panel on the center console to expose the actuator cables; from there it is not hard to work out.

If the car has a cabin filter. Replace it. If there's none, remove the blower and clean the fan and check if the motor is working by connecting it directly to the battery. Motor checks good, check the cables to the directional door. AC could be stuck in defrost.

Check to see if your car has a cabin air filter. If it DOES, then it's probably plugged up and needs to be replaced.
