My cars A/C lights stay on when car is turned completely off?
I own a 1996 Honda Accord and for some reason the A/C control buttons stay lit up even when the car is completely turned off. It drains my battery so I now have to disconnect it every night. What could be causing this problem? If it's a messed up fuse where exactly is it located?
Fuses are under the dash on the drivers side. But a fuse would NOT cause this. You could try pulling the AC fuse and that may stop the drain but I doubt it. This sounds like an ignition switch problem. Or perhaps an aftermarket radio installation gone wrong. Maybe a jumper cable backwards for a second?
