I have a 93 Honda accord dx with a f22 sohc engine and want to swap the head over to a h22 dohc head keeping the f22 block wat would I need to do so
I just bought a 2005 toyota scion xa and the stereo is horrible. No base whatsoever and doesn't go loud at all. I'm looking for a low cost way to upgrade the audio. I don't need anything fancy I just want something half decent. My last car was a 2003 honda accord lx and the stereo in that was just fine for my taste, if that gives any clarity as to what I'm looking for. Hoping to spend less than 200. Any suggestions?
I recently bought a 2000 Honda Accord V6 4 months ago. It has been driving beautifully. A few weeks ago I was driving the car and it began to shake really badly and I was able to get home. The next day I got in the car and started to drive and for a few miles the car would seem to lose acceleration. For example I would push on the gas and the car would go, and then the RPMs would drop even though my foot was still on the gas and then suddenly start back driving. After a few miles it would start driving normally. The check engine light came on and it said that the upstream oxygen sensor was bad (bank 1, sensor 1). We had the oxygen sensor replaced and the car drove fine for a while. Now it is back doing the same thing and the check engine light came back on and is saying that the same oxygen sensor is bad, and we just replaced it. What could it be? Is it the cat converter? Also, some other things I'm noticing is bad gas mileage, a burning smell while driving. And some other strong smell coming from the exhaust.
I'm buying an out-of-warranty 2009 Honda Accord as a first car. I'll be driving approximately 10k-15k miles annually. How much should I expect to pay in maintenance + repairs?

I went on Edmund's Cost to Own calculator and it estimated that I should expect to pay an average of $1,400 annually just for maintenance + repairs! And this is with an extended warranty, which I won't have… That's way too much! I can't afford that. I was expecting less than $800/yr.
How accurate is Edmunds? Are there any reliable cars out there that cost less than $800/yr in maintenance + repairs?
I pay $900/yr for maintenance + repairs on my Honda Accord. How much should one expect to pay annually for an out-of-warranty 2012 Audi A6? $2k/yr? $3k/yr? $5/yr?
Why are metallic or ceramic brake pads bad for the Honda Accord?
